Nestled in the valley of a thousand hills, Strath Creek Station is your ideal quick getaway, being only a 1 1/2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. Situated on 90 acres with direct access to the King Parrot Creek, we are dog-friendly and have a large secure dog park for your pooch to exercise and play, but dogs must be on lead in camping areas. There is a large flat camping area that can accommodate any size self contained caravan, including fifth wheelers or horse goosenecks. A large rustic rotunda with BBQs is available for those lazy afternoons spent relaxing by the creek. For cooler nights, there is a huge firebox.Bring your self contained camping vehicle (with greywater tanks if you can’t contain grey water please ask us for a grey water collection container we are happy to help you out ) and camp with security and peace of mind for yourself and your pooch. We have a large fully fenced off lead dog play area where you can let your pet run around & chase the ball & also with seating to watch them play . Enjoy easy access to the King Parrot Creek and take advantage of shelter in the large rustic rotunda with a BBQ and firebox. Strictly NO chemical or soaps to be used in or around the creek for example washing dishes, people bathing in the creek with soap. Our priority is to preserve our beautiful water ways and surrounding areas. If you wish to book a larger groups just book out the sites per head until full then book the next site & do the same , that way we will move the camp sites so you are all together. There's plenty of room for the kids to run and play, along with a large, secure off-lead dog park. Explore the region with hiking, bike trails, and wetlands. We also now have available local organic produce fruit ,nuts ,berry's, jams, just over the road & they make beautiful honey, free range eggs and kimmys beautiful home made bread. just preorder what you like and we can have it here ready on your arrival

Beautiful Property

Love camping at Glen and Kim's property they are excellent hosts very welcoming and helpful...their property is beautiful great views it is well maintained and clean...the camp sites are spaced out you have your own toilet and a BBQ kettle at each site...down by the creek....will definitely be back AAA+++

Great stay

Had a wonderful first time experience going solo with a toddler. I felt safe knowing Kim and Glen werent far in the case of an emergency. The space was super well kept and plenty space for family activities if travelling with a group. Barely any mozzies or pesty flies, great stay for little children. Would recommend to friends and family 😊 unfortunately there wasn't much to do nearby so we travelled 1.5hputs to Mansfield to do some activities.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Flat and grassy terrain was ideal and beautiful scenery. A short drive from home made it a great weekend away.

Great Family and pet friendly farm

What a great place to stay. Glen and Kim were very friendly and great host's. The farm is well maintained and has something for everyone. The camp sites are well spaced apart and a stones throw from the creek which my son and I had great fun catching a few trout and some perch as well, we kept 1 of the trout which we cooked over the fire and was very tasty. Do yourself a favour and try some of Kims freshly baked bread and some of the local farm fresh eggs. Glen is more than happy to supply you with firewood and share his great knowledge of the area. The fenced off dog area was great with a relaxing park bench and a great view down the farm between the mountains. The amenities close to a common area were very clean and well looked after. Glen even put the Afl grand final on a big screen under the rotunder for any campers that wanted to watch. My family and I and my 2 dogs had a great time and will definitely be coming back again in the future.
