If not a morning person simply hits the button and the auto block-out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with a BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large AV room, and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet. Nestled in between farms Lakehouse Estate is only a few hundreds meters from Phillip Island main road and a km to both surf beaches and quiet back beaches.
