We offer a newly built, hotel-quality, 2-bedroom fully self-contained lodge on a 70-acre farm with a private entrance.

- Broadford: 3 minutes' drive
- Melbourne CBD: 60 minutes
- Melbourne Airport: 45 minutes
- State Motorcycle Track: 2 minutes' drive
- Tallarook State Forest: 7 minutes' drive
**Pricing:**
Please contact us for a custom quote for longer-term stays. Discounts are available for Monday-Friday workers. Monday night check in after 6pm out Friday morning 8am $700 2 guest 2 kings
Prices - there is a minimum 2 night stay at $300 per night plus a $75 cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking sleeps up to 6. 2 king beds and a bunk.
The lodge features a fully equipped kitchen to make cooking easy, along with a coffee pod machine for coffee lovers to enjoy a morning brew on the tiled deck surrounded by trees. If coffee isn’t your thing, relax in the spa bath at the end of the day.
As this is a rural area, mobile phone service may be limited. However, we provide free WiFi (which can be slow) and a landline for incoming and local calls to help you stay connected.
**Bedding:**
- Main bedroom: Choice of a king bed or two single beds.
- Second bedroom: King bed or two single beds, plus a king single bunk.
Both bedrooms include flat-screen TVs and split system air-conditioning.
**Important Information:**
- This is a private property; no motorbikes or horses are to be ridden on-site.
- For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to walk in the paddocks or feed the animals.
- Pets must be approved before booking. A cleaning fee applies for hairy or heavy-shedding dogs. Pets that stay outside during your entire visit are free of charge.
**Horse Accommodation:**
We offer two stables and a large yard in view of the lodge. Please contact us directly to book horse accommodation. On property arena hire is also available.
**Farm Experience:**
This is a working farm where you may see horses being fed, trained, or transported. If you’d like to visit the horses or have the mini ponies nearby during your to pat please let us know in advance. Occasionally, you also may also see cows moving through the cattle yards.
