We had a fantastic stay at this camping ground. The site offered great privacy, with a perfectly flat and well-maintained grassy area that made setting up camp a breeze. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful tips to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the wildlife—being visited by a kangaroo and a deer right at our campsite was a unique and exciting experience! Overall, a peaceful and memorable spot, highly recommended for nature lovers.

Dam high side

A gorgeous property with amazing views, tranquility and in the best location near to both Marysville, Alexandra, Eildon and all things in between. A few sites, each with amazing views and dispersed enough so that you don't hear or even see fellow campers unless you want to. Owner is so kind and helpful. Can't speak highly enough about it. Will definitively return - it's one of our favourites. Camped with 2 dogs who may have liked it even more than us - it's hard to tell. Thank you!

By the creek

We stayed at "by the creek" over the September long weekend with some friends. The site is nicely secluded and private, but it is quite close to neighbouring sites. We were in two off road caravans as well as a camper trailer with all 3 fitting nicely on the site. Entrance to the site is down a short slope, which in really wet weather could be slippery, and difficult to exit. (It rained the day and night before we left, and with a 4wd we had no issues getting up the slope) The property has great views of the cathedral ranges, is a lovey, nice, and quite location. We did spot some kangaroos, and heard some deer whilst we were there. Mobile/5g reception is no problem, and there is limited firewood on the property, but would recommend bringing your own. Colin and Larnie are very welcoming, and accommodating, with Colin meeting us at the entrance and taking us to the site, and offering assistance for best setup on the site. We will definitely be back, and would stay at "by the creek" again.

Great stay

The views were spectacular and the sites were situated a good distance apart from one another. Was well kept. The host Colin was very helpful and assisted us with fire wood.

Hidden Gem

Great site

Lovely hosts, it had been wet when we arrived, Colin made sure that we got across the creek, at the ready to pull us out if we got stuck. Very friendly and always helpful. The site is very clean and well presented. We will be back soon.
