Tim was very friendly and helpful. He provided water if we needed it. His camp is large and so quiet, we had space to wander and listen to the birds.

Mellow and enjoyable
35 ft Class A · With kids
Tim is a country gentleman that is easily the best host one could ask for. He regularly checked in on us daily and went above and beyond to help us when our RV rental had issues. The land we stayed on was well managed, safe and a great area for my family to relax and explore.

Amazing views and great hosts
16 ft car · Group trip
We went for the eclipse. The land itself is amazing and we saw our first armadillo as well as deer , turkey and wild pigs. The view truly goes to the horizon. Not just a field but has many rustic decaying old farm buildings on property. Hosts could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Would absolutely stay again. I’d love to check out the wineries and Fredericksburg deserve a day or two on its own.
One of my top camping experiences. We are generally wilderness or dispersed campers and while this is old farmland it has its unique charm.
