5 acres hosted by Texas Bluebird Rentals B.
The RV has an open concept, so it’s easy to move around. A comfortable sofa that can be made up with twin sheets as a sleeper for a child. The bathroom is small and reflects a typical RV set-up (the hot water tank is small RV sized, so plan showers accordingly). There is a built in bar for eating or using a laptop. There is an area rug in the sofa area, but the rest of the flooring is solid surface. You may want some slippers or house socks.
The property is spacious and there is plenty of room for parking, even with a trailer attached.
You may encounter pets on the property. Also, this is East Texas— natural wildlife still exists here. That includes an occasional snake, lizard, armadillo, and/or bug, among other things. Warm weather is mosquito season. Make sure you bring repellent.
I provide a few snacks, as well as milk, orange juice, eggs, and butter. If you’re bringing a pet, there is a dog bed, and food and water bowls. I throw in a few treats, too!
