Joy RV Resort is the redevelopment of the original Joy Drive In Movie Theatre in Copperas Cove, TX that was built in 1953, and the original 40ft x 70ft drive in movie screen has been rehabbed to host movie nights for the residents. The Resort sits on 17.3 acres in the hill country with stunning views, and is set alongside 1100 linear feet of Clark Creek and an 8ft privacy fence to ensure adequate security. Joy RV Resort is in a prime location at HWY 190 and FM 2657 in Copperas Cove, just 5 minutes from Fort Cavazos and 1 hour from Austin. It offers asphalt main roads, concrete pads, 50/30 amp electric service, water connections, and sewer connections at every site. Along with a propane refilling station, a chicken coop with chickens that provide fresh eggs every morning, and lots of mature shade trees. Coming amenities include an in-ground swimming pool, laundry and shower facilities, a community garden, automatic security gates, a dog park, picnic tables, grills, firepit lounge areas, horseshoe pits, and a 3,000 sqft clubhouse that holds a retail shop, beer&wine, kitchen, fitness center, and a game room.
