We are about 150 acres of the beautiful Texas hill country. There are lots of natural trails throughout the property to hike. There is a wonderful creekbed that is fun to explore when it's dry and a special treat when it's wet. There is a hill with a view that goes on for miles. The Cowboy Capital of the World (Bandera, Tx) is only a short drive from our ranch.

Site 1 - Private Primitive Hill Country

This is our second time back at the ranch. We have been to a lot of the hip camps around San Antonio and this is our favorite one. Usually we like feeling far away from civilization so this is the perfect combination of a quick convenient weekend getaway while still being remote feeling. We still discovered new things and just spend our time exploring the ranch.

This site was wonderful and so were the people who own the ranch. If we ever have the chance to pass through Texas Hill Country again we would definitely return to this beautiful ranch filled with wild flowers and tranquility.

Loved tent camping here my girlfriend! Very secluded for some very nice peace and quiet with the outdoors. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Theres a lot of wild life around. We saw a bunch of deer and turkey. Gretchen is a wonderful host and couldn't recommend enough!
