1/4 acre private RV lot with 40'x20' fishing deck over the canal waters leading to Copano Bay. Launch your kayaks (provided) or enjoy fishing right from the deck. Sports fishing light and fish cleaning stand complete the full fishing experience. This pet-friendly property boasts full hookups and WiFi. Lot is fenced on 3 sides, water side is not fenced, so you can let your dogs run and play. Concrete driveway is 20' wide and goes from the street to the deck. Hookups are conveniently located next to each other and everything is provided at no additional expense. Fire pit doubles as a grill, and there is also a big charcoal grill suitable for cooking a brisket or the catch of the day. For larger groups the house next door, Cormorant Crossing, is a vacation rental that is capable of sleeping 8 guests.Great RV spot, minutes to downtown Rockport and 20 minutes to catch the ferry to Port A. Great for a fun week of vacationing or to escape the winter cold up north for the warmer winters of the Texas coast! Enjoy birding, fishing, the beach, shopping or just relaxing by the water. Corpus Christi is just 30 minutes away where you can take in museums, aquariums or tour the USS Lexington. We've got you covered!

We had a great stay. Owner is extremely friendly and was flexible when we had something come up. The place was exactly what we wanted. Clean and easy to get in. We are definitely going to stay here again.

Perfect spot! Very well kept and worked out great for us. We have a 38’ 5th wheel and it’s a little tight backing it in, but we were able get it done.

Very nice rv spot on the canal. Very clean. It was relaxing to sit on the deck and fish under the lights. Very friendly neighbors. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent space! Wide and level pad, the covered patio space plus fire pit gathering space was so nice. Easy to get in and out with our travel trailer. Will definitely stay here again.

Great site!

John’s canal front site was perfect! The kids enjoyed fishing from the deck. The pad was long, wide, and level with great hookup locations. This would accommodate even the largest 5th wheels. My favorite aspect was that it was fenced in so that the kids and dogs could play! Do yourselves a favor and camp on this land!
