Prohibited during bushfire season. 🚙 Room for Setups: Spacious sites for tents, gazebos, and trailers. One vehicle per site; extras park in the main carpark. Our Sites Choose from powered or non-powered options: 🐾 Site 1: Powered (15 amp), Dog-Friendly, Fully Enclosed – 7mW x 10mD. Secure for pets. 🐾 Site 2a: Premium Powered, Dog-Friendly, Fully Enclosed (15 amp) – 8mW x 9mD. Great for families. ⚡ Site 2b: Premium Powered (10 amp) – 9mW x 13mD. Spacious and versatile. ⚡ Site 3: Premium Powered (10 amp) – 10.5mW x 12mD. Family-friendly. 🌅 Site 4: Non-Powered – 12mW x 9mD. Site 10 - Premium Unpowered

This place is different to a lot of campgrounds. There I think 6 spots for RVs, average size, and close together. These are separated by trees, but the trees are still about 1 meter high and pencil thin. Nice grass and view to the sea. The toilets and showers are only Portaloo style but are clean and maintained. Overall, not for us.

Site 2b - Powered Premium Site

Cooinda camp site is very picturesque, peaceful and with beautiful grass sites. It is a lovely setting and we enjoyed our stay along the way from perth to Melbourne. Bathrooms are portable showers and portable toilets. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this site

Site 2b - Powered Premium Site

We found Cooinda a beautiful place and the site we were on had fantastic views. The facilities were basic but were just as advertised. Highly recommend it to others.

Site 7 - Large Premium Non Powered

Absolutely loved our stay here. Owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The amenities were all very clean and well maintained. The showers were also a major plus to the experience, especially after spending a day down at the beach. There was a bit of construction going on at a site near my own and the owners were so lovely that they gave me a full refund as a sign of goodwill. 11/10
