We have several peaceful campsites available on our off grid property near Crows Nest. We are 10km north of the town of Crows Nest on the Great Dividing Range. 50 minutes from Toowoomba and 2 hours from Brisbane. The hill on the property (Flat Top) is one of the highest points in the area at 700m altitude. From the hilltop, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area, with views across the Esk Valley towards the Sunshine Coast and sunsets over the hills surrounding Crows Nest. There are 3 separate campsites on the hilltop. It is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute drive to Crows Nest. Enjoy the spring fed dam in the warmer months. ๐ŸŠโ€โ™‚๏ธ There is plenty to explore in the area, including: ๐Ÿž Crows Nest Falls National Park (good for a swim) ๐Ÿƒ Bullocky's Rest and creekside walk in Crows Nest (dog friendly) ๐ŸŒณ Ravensbourne National Park (rainforest) ๐Ÿš Crows Nest Museum ๐ŸŽฃ Cressbrook and Perseverance Dams ๐Ÿš‚ Muntapa Railway Tunnel towards Cooyar โ˜•๏ธ French patisserie and other cafes in Crows Nest, as well as boutique stores (Nolan's Block is very popular). ๐Ÿ› An amazing Arts and Crafts store, with local hand made gifts (open every day) ๐Ÿ“š Second-hand book store ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŒพ Also markets in Crows Nest on the first Sunday of each month. Further along the New England Highway, Toowoomba is host to the annual Carnival of Flowers in Spring. We hope we can help you have a pleasant and peaceful camping trip! We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our property rules, this is not a place for loud music and rowdiness! Please note: We have a long gravel driveway and dirt/grass tracks to the campsites. 2WD accessible, but it's rough. Pet friendly ๐Ÿ•

Leacia & her partner (sorry canโ€™t remember his name), weโ€™re so helpful! Their lovely doggy greeted us & so did the ponies! Incredible viewsโ€ฆ. Yummy chicken eggsโ€ฆ. Cutest town to visit nearby with op shops, books & cute cafes. We got tucked around the corner at Bellbirds nest as it was a windy weekend & it was really nice & sheltered that weekend. Beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend!
