Less than an hour from Brisbane, escape the city for a relaxing farm stay in the beautiful Scenic Rim! PLEASE NOTE: This campsite is for self-sufficient campers only. No access to toilets, running water or electricity. No more than 6 people per booking. Heritage Farm is a 60-acre property located in the Scenic Rim town of Harrisville. We offer a private campsite in a flat, grassy paddock with plenty of trees for shade. We are a family run farm growing pasture raised poultry, cattle, sheep and goats. As it is a working farm you may see us feeding and caring for animals around the property, but the hip camp spaces are down the bottom of our property, acres away from our house to ensure privacy. We are down the road from the main street in Harrisville with two great pubs, a cafe, bakery, and general store. We are also only minutes away from the wonderful Summerland Camel Farm! You can drive a quick 10 minutes into the beautiful town of Kalbar with a variety of small town cafes and shops. The Scenic Rim Farm Shop is also a short drive away, where you can grab a delicious meal and local gourmet produce. From your camp site you will see the cattle, goats and sheep roaming, but no animals will have access to your campsite. We ask that you do not climb through fences or open any gates so you and all our animals remain safe. Other things to note: Please take all rubbish with you. Please do not feed any of the animals As we are a working farm, we are home to roosters who love to wake up early! If this is not for you, we may not be the right place. There are no assigned campsites, you are able to choose your own private spot. This is our family home, please be respectful and ensure to take all waste with you. You MUST book in before staying at our property.This site is suitable for self-sufficient campers only. No access to toilets, running water or electricity. Is situated in a grassy paddock with plenty of trees for shade. From this campsite you can see our cattle, sheep and goats roaming the property but they do not have access to your campsite.
