Easily accessible property with flat areas for camping and or caravans. Front of block is well grassed with some shade. You walk down through some dry rainforest towards the back of the block which fronts onto Coonarr Creek. There is a small fire pit and also a large one which can be used when it’s the right conditions I.e not too windy and or dry. There is a toilet, shower and camp kitchen if necessary. The block is located very close to the boat ramp where you can launch canoes, kayaks,sup’s and small tinnies. The block is also a 5 minute drive to beautiful Coonarr Beach, which is suitable for swimming and fishing. Coonarr Creek is also suitable for fishing either off the bank or from a craft. Kangaroos are some of the resident wildlife and are often seen around the property and adjacent areas. Located approximately 20 minutes from Bundaberg city and all other attractions in the area. Recommended to bring personal insect repellent and or coils etc.Sites 1 to 4 are located at the front of the property, closest to the street entrance. They are well-grassed, flat, and offer easy access to the amenities and camp kitchen. Suitable for RVs, caravans, and tents, these sites provide a convenient and comfortable camping experience. Enjoy the serene environment with ample space for outdoor activities, socialising, and relaxation. The proximity to amenities ensures that all your needs are met, making it an ideal spot for both short-term and extended stays. Camping next to the Creek

Coonarr Creek Camp is a great spot for a peaceful getaway, with the highlight being the beautiful creek area, perfect for fishing or simply relaxing by the water. The facilities and the convenience of a camp kitchen are big plus. Overall, it’s a wonderful mix of nature and convenience!

good place for 1 night stopover

We spent a very nice night camping. Reasonable parking space, facilities include kitchen, bathroom, showers, covered space and open space to make a fire. It also has access to the river for kayaking.

Great place

Our family loved camping here, we had the whole place to ourselves. Plus there was an outdoor kitchen area which made life a little easier. It is close to Bundaberg so we could do the things we needed to do, yet far enough away that we could wake up and hear the birds in the morning. The big bonus was being able to see so many stars at night!!!
