A very private creek-side retreate
We had a lovely time camping on Rick's property. It's a lovely creekside property with lots to see including Swans, Bald Eagles, and plenty of other unidentified wildlife! The porta potty was clean. We will be back!

Great family spot
This is such a beautiful spot. My family and I had such a great weekend cooking over the fire, kayaking, fishing, and enjoying the beautiful foliage. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Rick!

I loved camping and on Ricks land. Always grew up fishing in the Brandywine but never thought camping would be as fun as it was. The kayaks and canoes were a great plus. The land was clean and taken care of. Rick was also a very accommodating host and got us everything we needed. Definitely going to come back here.

Another great stay! This site has it all, and walking down the trail and across the street to the beer garden (Sundays only) was fun! We saw a beautiful swan when we paddled upstream, and a heron flew past our camp over the creek one evening.

Beautiful location, pretty secluded (near a small bridge that had moderate traffic, about 25 yards from a less traveled road), had fun swimming by the dam, fishing, and cooking on the fire. Would go again, but opt for site 2
