Campsite is on a second driveway to the front of the house on a wooded, half-acre lot in a quiet neighborhood in Southwest Bend. House lots are big and the area provides nice cool morning walks. There is a curb at the start of the driveway but aids will be provided if necessary. Electrical (110x2; 50A with converter to 30A), water, and sewer hookups are available! There is a fenced in yard that may be used if your dog(s) get along with mine and you help with poop patrol. You will need to check the fence line to confirm that your dogs cannot get out, as I am not responsible if they escape. A large part of my yard is rewilding, so you will see tall grasses and increasing varieties of flowers over the years. A hot tub may be available by appointment. House is enhanced by the use of focused life force energy (FLFE.net), so enjoy relaxing in the higher vibes. There is one cat to rule us all and she may grace you with her presence if you welcome her. Site is located an easily walkable ½ mile from a shopping center with grocery, vet, Mexican and Asian-fusion restaurants, and a wine bar with occasional entertainment. Beyond that, is a park with a climb to a tall hill with a lovely 360 overlook view of the surrounding mountains. There is access to the river and river trail about ¾ mile walk away - this trail can take you all the way to Farewell Park and the Old Mill shopping area. And a bus stop is around the corner, just about a house length away. This is a great base location for all your adventures in Bend and surrounding areas, and a quiet place in which to relax afterwards. I enjoy hosting and always welcome any guidance, suggestions, and creative ideas. The RV area is currently in the middle of being cleared and cleaned up after a home remodel. Will be making the driveway a bit wider and easier in which to back a larger vehicle.This single RV space is located in a private driveway in a quiet neighborhood in SW Bend with numerous tall pines all around. Ramps to aid getting over the curb are be available if requested. The driveway is 81 ft long and a bit over 9 ft at narrowest point. Broadens to 13 and more feet at widest. If your vehicle doesn’t fit for some reason, main driveway is also available. There is a fenced-in, big yard that may be used if your dog(s) get along with mine and you help with poop patrol. A true Gem of a place to stay!

Kathy's place is an ideal spot for RV camping while in Bend. It offers close proximity to many key locations around town. It's a quiet lot with lots of trees and a grassy area that allows for plenty of room to feel the privacy needed for a restful stay. There are full hookups here including standard power for any RV, clean water and a full septic hookup all recently installed. The host was quick to respond to our requests and offered many extras including the use of a very nice hot tub in a private back yard. We've already stayed twice and intend to make this our go-to place to stay in Southwest Bend Oregon.

Kathy is the best hostess! She is friendly, kind and welcoming! Kathy’s RV slip was the perfect space in a nice, safe neighborhood. Her dog is very friendly and sweet.
