Close to Portland but far from the hustle.  The forested 20 acre property slopes South, making it ideal to keep our solar powered cabins and wifi fully charged. Water, outdoor shower and composting outhouse are never more than a five minute walk on our groomed trails.     In early spring you may see taps on some of the beautiful Maple trees.  .  (Why buy Maple Syrup from the store when you can spend days of hard work laboring to make your own!) Summer Brings the berries, Eat the Blueberries and Blackberries to your hearts content.  Find refuge from the summers heat by relaxing by the year round spring fed brook or maybe take a nap on a hammock. Chilly fall evenings can still warm your heart by relaxing in the the Greenhouse or near the campfire.   We are exited to share our little slice of heaven with you, and our extensive personal knowledge of Oregon's hiking and recreational opportunities. 20 Acres of private woodlands are open for you to explore.  Read a book and have a refreshing beverage down by the brook, or just relax by the campfire (Fire Conditions permitting of course).   A cozy queen size bed, towels, charcoal grill and  a cooler packed with ice is provided.   A private, wood-fired hot tub is tucked into the trees next to your cabin.  This solar powered cabin is tastefully illuminated, and has a USB power port.  Well groomed trails provide easy walking access to potable water, heated outdoor shower and composting outhouse. Stargazing in the amphitheater while listening to coyotes sing isn't too bad either.

Peaceful in nature, the best tub!
This is the most amazing place! The soaking tub is the BEST ever!!! So amazing, peaceful, and unique!! It was easy to use and Trent goes above and beyond to help and provide supplies. I am not good at making fires but found the tub easy to use and maintain heat. I soaked for many hours, it was perfect. It doesn’t take that long to heat up and Trent had it heated upon arrival. The cabin and tub are so comfortable and private! No houses in view all around, very peaceful in nature. The bed is so comfortable and heat worked great. It was also nice to have cooking supplies and ice for the cooler. Everything was super clean. Trent really does go above and beyond! Very nice person and he cares about his guests. I understand all of the 5 star reviews after staying here and highly recommend this spot! I’ll definitely come back!

This was our 4th visit and it never disappoints! The fall foliage and mushroom spotting were poppin off and the cabin was a cozy shelter when the rain came. Also, v grateful for the tub and shower this time of year! Thanks to Trent for always making us feel welcome :). We'll be back for sure!

The coziest cabin! 🏕️
This place had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway out of the city! Trent and Amy are super friendly and accommodating hosts. The cabin is warm and cozy and the bed is comfy. Spent hours in and out of the soaking tub, which Trent made sure was nice and hot for our arrival ☺️ We loved exploring the land and cozying up around the cabin with the tiki torches lit at night. Also our dog had a blast and he is probably ready to sleep for 3 days straight after all that fun. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great weekend at this site. Trent is so kind and made us feel very at ease. The land was fun to walk around and explore and we hopped in the wood fired soaking tub multiple times a day. Trent has a great shuttle set up to get your belongings over to the side of the property that the cabin is on. We rode over and got a tour of the different areas to explore and easy quick instructions about how to use the toilet, outdoor shower, soaking tub, etc. It was so helpful to have a cooler with ice, a grill with charcoal, and a stove already there, so we just had to bring a couple bags of food. Fresh ice was given to us the next day too. In August, the creek is fun to walk to and is a little burbling stream, more of something to look at than anything to hop in. There’s a bench next to it, and it’s a very beautiful little spot. We’d enjoy staying here again and would recommend it

Cute cabin with soaking tub!
The cabin was very cute and comfortable. We loved the wood fired hot tub and outdoor shower. We picked blueberries and kale, and enjoyed fresh eggs form the hens. Although close to Portland, the cabin provided a quiet getaway which felt far from the city yet was only a short drive to get there. We read, napped, soaked, and caught up on sleep. Thanks Trent for the great place and hospitality including the gator shuttle for our stuff and complimentary ice!
