Located 5 minutes from the cute Village of Creemore, MECS Farms & Growers is located on 50 acres of primarily farmed land.
The log cabin site is located next to a quaint watercourse that offers a picturesque and serene stay. The log cabin is an off the grid cabin complete with a tiny wood stove to keep the cabin warm in cooler months of the year. There are on site trails that walkers can enjoy to get a beautiful view of the area farmland. There are two ponds on site that regularly pull in the area wildlife for a drink. You may lucky enough to see one of the many deer or other wildlife to traverse our property in this scenic and simple getaway.

We are also located about 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Collingwood and 25 from Alliston. Barrie is about 35 minutes away.

For a good night's sleep, bring your own bedding and pillows, and we'll provide a queen-size air mattress. The cabin also features a fold-down couch for an additional sleeper, and if you're looking to connect even more with nature, you can pitch an extra tent outside.

This log cabin offers a cute living space complete with a couch, coffee table and table for seating. Above the living space is a loft for sleeping. You must climb the ladder to get to the queen size air mattress that will complete your day relaxing on the Farm. Located almost 0.5km from the main house, you can drive all of the way to the cabin. Come winter time, we will see how to best get hipcampers back there. Follow the signs from the driveway where to drive back towards cabin.
There is plenty of space for an additional tent or two at an added fee per night.
Complete with a outdoor table and chairs and fire pit, the camping experience will be there for those that do not need much.
All pets must be leashed at all times.
Linens can be provided for the bed at an additional charge of $20. No access to the farm or farm animals.

We sell our pasture raised, antibiotic free chickens raised right here on the farm. They will be frozen when you arrive, so either let the host know ahead of time to pull the bird out to thaw or let thaw yourself and cook on the second night. These birds make great beer can chicken recipes for everyone to enjoy.
The birds are $25 each or $5.95 per pound depending on size of bird requested.
