Welcome to Raising Roots farm! This property is my dream come to fruition, we recently purchased and are just getting things up and going. We are situated just 15 minutes from Mountaineer Racetrack and Casino, Beaver Creek State Park where you’ll find miles of hiking, horseback riding and a restored pioneer village, and a short 30 minute drive to Pittsburgh! Right now we have multiple primitive camping/tent sites available, and soon hope to have RV hookups as well! For our camping friends coming to take advantage of the miles of beautiful trail riding we do offer boarding rates at an additional fee! The top half of our beautiful barn can also be rented for events and you and your guests can camp on site! In the future our farm animals, food forest and flower fields will provide on site catering/fresh groceries for your stay, and floral arrangements for your event! We’re happy to answer any questions or help you plan your visit! Thanks for checking us out and we look forward to your stay!The most picture perfect site on the farm! The site sits atop our main “peak” offering a breathtaking 360 degree view of astonishing sunsets and sunrises! Follow the main path through the parking area past the succulent pear trees and between the pastures of green to your heaven's gate hideaway 🥰 Under the big oak you can set up to 5 two man tents, or come alone for the most serene getaway. Bring your furry friends, horses included! Boarding is available at an extra fee. Spend your time exploring the 10 acres of pasture with your horse, hit the trails or just unwind and enjoy the beauty.

Off leash, on leash. There are other dogs and animals on the property, well trained friendly pets are free to be off leash. There is a fenced in backyard area that I use for doggy daycare if needed please contact us to add this extra service! Horses are also welcome! There is 10 fenced acres of pasture, and barn boarding available at an additional fee! Ride on site or trailer to Beaver Creek for an adventure filled weekend!

We are currently under a burn ban so we can not have fires right now. Once lifted there is a fire ring for camper use! Find wood onsite or purchase up the road!
