Had a great overnight stay at Delaneys farm. The site is on a large level field with a small pond just a few feet away. The compost toilet is kept sparkling clean.
She graciously lent us a mallet and some stakes as our tent was flying away in the wind (rookie move..). When we struggled to get a bonfire started Delaney and her fiancé walked over and got a nice strong fire going.
Perfect space for stargazing!
Bonus: we got to pick some fresh herbs and feed our scraps to delighted chickens.
*will hopefully be back again!

Delaney was an amazing host! The view on the property is beautiful and there’s lots of privacy. One of our cars ended up dying and Delaney helped us out which was super nice!! Definitely recommend this spot, thanks!!

We had an amazing stay, the site was beautiful next to the pond and we were provided plenty of water. The outhouse was very clean and the location was great being close to downtown New Paltz. Also loved the farm stand! Can't wait to stay here again!

Site 1 - Taliaferro Farms
We had a great time at Delaney’s farm. Nice ample space for camping, firewood was provided for a reasonable price, restroom was rustic but clean, and close to a trail which leads to downtown New Paltz in approx. 20 minutes. The view of the stars at night and landscape in the day (especially morning) was awesome. Hope to visit again in the near future and trying out the farm to table dinner. Thank you!
