Land is located in the Adirondacks near The Ausable river there are attractions like Ausable Chasm and whiteface mountain nearby and Lake Champlain. Campsites are available on both sides of the road if any questions please ask a resident and we are a few minutes away from exit 34

Hipcampers have a variety of Attractions in the surrounding area. We are located off exit 34 turn left and there will be a sign on the right saying Perky Flowers. Your surroundings attractions are whiteface mountain lake placid Ausable Chasm.
