Fair Point Marina is set on a peninsula between Lake Ontario and Little Sodus Bay. The setting offers boaters spectacular views, including some of the best sunsets anywhere in the world, and easy, quick access to Lake Ontario. Unlike many marinas, we have grass — lots of it – and flowers too. You just must see it.

It’s the perfect spot for a week-long vacation or romantic getaway weekend.Escape to waterfront bliss at our marina-view cottage, where the tranquility of the water meets modern comfort. This charming retreat offers direct marina access and expansive views, perfect for a serene getaway. Accommodating up to two pets with a maximum of two per stay, we welcome furry friends for a daily pet fee of $35 each. The cottage features a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and an efficient kitchenette equipped with all the essentials. Step out onto the private deck overlooking the marina for breathtaking sunsets and peaceful moments.
