Welcome to Clausen Pond Retreat! The campsite is rented to only one group at a time. Guests will have the 52 acres to themselves: 10 acres field, 12 acres Clausen Pond, and 30 acres wooded trails. This rural retreat is close to the bustling towns of Cooperstown and Cobleskill. 606 U.S. 20 Sharon Springs, NY Do’s and Don’ts 1) Do enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature 2) Don’t have parties 3) Do spend time making memories with your family/friends 4) Don’t play loud music and disturb the neighbors 5) Do carry out everything you brought in 6) Don’t litter the grounds 7) Guests will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to arrivalWelcome outdoors men and women to Clausen Pond Campsite! We have 52 beautiful acres for your enjoyment. 10 acres are open fields, 30 acres are wooded trails, and 12 acres is Clausen Pond. Sharon Springs is centrally located. Cooperstown is 30 minutes away. Howe Caverns is 20 minutes away. Cobleskill is 20 minutes away.
