Site 1 - Gorgeous Rural Retreat
My one regret is not staying longer. The land was absolutely gorgeous, the campsite was comfortable, and hosts were very friendly. Tons of firewood to forage from. Thanks, Josh and Caroline!

Gorgeous Rural Retreat
The Family and pets see NY!
My overall experience at this lovely site was incredible. The views of the mountains on the way up and there were lovely and mesmerizing. The actual campsite was very welcoming and more than homey and comfortably laid out. We had went up when it was raining/stormy but it was more than worth it. It was peaceful and quiet and earned the name of it's moniker of retreat. Plus if you value privacy then look no further as it's abundant here. No complaints other than not being here when it blossoms and greens during the summer months!
I highly recommend this site and the hosts are more than hospitable and friendly. From offering firewood at the site and even some of their produce such as beef and eggs, they were very accomadating.
Come by and give this place a chance and it won't be one you'll regret. Whether you visit in the early Spring season like I did or later on in the year, it's worth every bang for your buck!
PS: Make sure you got yourself a 4x4 truck/SUV as the road up can be a bit rough, otherwise that, go check it out!
