Woweee is this a polished experienced if you’re looking for a luxe, hip “camping” trip.
Vibe: Feels like someone deconstructed an Ace hotel, shipped it off to the Catskills, reassembled it in the layout of a traditional campground (your site is kinda close to your neighbor’s site) and put the contents of the room inside an Airstream.
Touches: Complimentary hot chocolate, granola, drip coffee, and even a small bag of coffee from a local roaster.
Amenities: Shower inside Airstream and also in the clubhouse, cooking equipment, sink, tv, solo stove fire pit, picnic bench, swanky little shop in the clubhouse where you have purchase beer, wine, ice cream, ice, local goods, etc. Prices for drinks are marked up similar to if you’d purchase from a hotel lobby. The Airstream was very warm despite staying during a winter storm.
Overall, this was perfect for a one night stop on our way back for the holidays. Better than staying in a hotel. But also not your typical camping experience. More of a glampground.
I guess that’s the beauty of Hipcamp. If you want a private patch of dirt by a lake to pitch a tent, you can find that. If you want to stay on a regenerative farm and purchase fresh eggs, you can find that. If you want a luxury glamping experience (i.e, Autocamp), you can find that too.

This property is nothing short of stunning. Great main house, great individual airstreams, everything great! Hosts were also really friendly and accommodating.

Loved our stay at AutoCamp Catskills! The property is beautiful and the Airstreams and main building are fully outfitted with everything you could possibly need - from delicious coffee to handy appliances (french press, bottle opener...). They've thought of everything!
AutoCamp is also very centrally located - we enjoyed a gorgeous hike, had a delicious dinner in Woodstock, and explored Kingston... all within a 30 minute drive!

Everything about our stay at Autocamp was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay, and all the amenities (and heat!) that were available in the Airstreams. We loved the Saturday morning yoga class, the goods that were available for sale in the Clubhouse, and the excellent design aesthetic of the whole place. It felt luxurious and comfortable, and exactly everything we hoped it would be. What a treat to have all the joys of camping without the annoyances!

AutoCamp Catskills Airstream Suites - 845f
Amazing experience for kids and adults. We were there with 5.5 year old and 7 months old . Although the airstream is tight, there is plenty to do outside. The older one loved the playground and riding bicycle, the baby also had fun while being pushed in one of the green carts. The airstream itself is very new, clean and comfortable. It was in low 30s at night and we all were warm inside..
