PERFECT SPOT!
I can’t recommend this beautiful spot enough. We stayed three nights and it was the perfect place to have some time out between stops. Rick was an absolutely brilliant host that went above and beyond. Upon arrival he took us on a quick tour of the place and basically chose a park up spot for us which was great. In front of a dam with picnic chairs and tables and a fire pit in front of us and the incredible donkey shower only metres away. Although the days were hot and humid, we were able to cool off by having a swim in one of the dams which was a god send. Thank you Rick and the rest of the team. It was an absolute pleasure and we look forward to coming back some time.

Enjoy the outback
I spent one night on Rick's property and everything was as I expected. Plenty of room to roam around, hot shower and drinking water available.
I'm just sorry I didn't get to meet Rick in person as I got there a bit too late... Next time!

Great stay
Easy to find and lots of space so no need to unhook van.
Perfect spot for an overnight stay.
Rick was very helpful on phone upon arrival and only to happy to help.
Grounds were easy to navigate and the fire warmed shower was unique and lovely.

We stayed at the farm 1 night in our tents, passing through towns. Host Rick was friendly and easy going. Great spot for campfire, has basic amenities and the donkey showers were fantastic!!! Thanks, Val & Ange.

Rick's camping site is tops
I loved the openness of the camping at Rick's. I recommend the fish tour. Our tour was conducted by Spider who is a country gem of a person The property is close to Narrabri and attractiions so a very handy location. We will be back.

Quick overnight stop
We stopped at Ricko’s for a quick overnighter on our way north. We were met near the ‘big cod’ by Ricko’s son and taken to a campsite with a fire pit (and a pile of wood). Donkey showers and a toilet for use. The fishing wasn’t in action but were told it’s only a few weeks away.
