Welcoming camp experience in the Las Vegas area. Private RV spot tucked away on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 15 minutes to the downtown Fremont Street Experience, and about 25 minutes to the large strip properties like Caesars Palace and MGM. Las Vegas has a lot to offer, but we have you covered with the RV spot. We are in the NW valley with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. When the sun goes down over the Spring Mountains and Mount Charleston beautiful colors illuminate evening clouds. We are in somewhat of a rural area, so you might see bats in the evening, and bunnies in the morning. We have even seen coyote, owl, and of course lots of geese flying between golf courses in the morning during many months of the year. We are away from the city lights, so nighttime can be quite dark, but the moon can be a spectacular site in the night sky. Red Rock Canyon is 16 miles away. Many of our guests enjoy the scenic beauty or climbing opportunities in Red Rock. Nevada's newest state park, Ice Age Fossils State Park, is just a few miles away and offers a glimpse into prehistoric time in the region. If you enjoy ziplining then check out Slotzilla at Fremont Street or on the Las Vegas strip at the LINQ. Our Hipcamp comes equipped with water, electrical service (both 30amp and 50amp), and a sewer connection.Welcoming camp experience in the Las Vegas area. On-site hookup. We are in a rural area where many properties have a well, ours included. Our well water is filtered through a 5 micron filter that is replaced frequently. Since our water is not chlorinated it tastes yummy, but persons with health conditions that might cause them to be immunocompromised may wish to drink bottled water. Additionally, it is not advised to store non-chlorinated water in your RV fresh water holding tank for long periods of time, so please be mindful of how much water you place in your tank for the road.

Absolutely the best kept secret spot in the area. Really level site, great amenities, and wonderful host who checks in to make sure you have what you need and know what is nearby for support. If we could stay a full season we would.

Tranquility in Las Vegas
22 ft travel trailer
Really loved this site! Leo was so nice and even let us know when it was about to rain! Leo actually raked the site for us before we arrived and it was like a peaceful rock garden. Hearing the chickens clucking about next to our site was also quite enjoyable. The eggs were very high quality, fresh, and tasty. This is a very peaceful side of Las Vegas. I was so shocked! Lots of shopping, restaurants, and groceries nearby. Great access to red rock canyon! We will definitely return next time we come through Vegas!

Leo is amazing, and his RV spot is safe, clean, and includes everything you need. Our 35ft Skoolie fit perfectly in the spot and we had full hookups and trash pickup. Leo is a great host and extremely kind and generous. We will definitely stay again when we return to Vegas!

33 ft fifth wheel · Group trip
Leo’s place was great! The site was clean, level and easy to park our 33ft fifth wheel in. Leo was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful and the location was in a nice quiet neighborhood within a short drive to groceries and only 25 minutes from red rock canyon. We will definitely be booking this spot again in the future.
