The entrance is located on the west side of the building with an attached mudroom for all of your gear or travel items. Parking is available for multiple cars north of the cabin.
This cabin is powered by the sun. Being solar powered, integrate smart energy strategies such as:
- It is best to charge cellphones and other devices during daylight hours. Unplug chargers when charging is complete.
- Don’t leave lights or electronics on when they’re not in use.
- Don’t waste water, the water pump is the largest electric load to the system.
Ways you can help us minimize water consumption...
- Only take what you need.
- Don’t leave the faucet running when you’re brushing your teeth or washing dishes.
- Lift the handle up on the toilet for an eco- flush.
