Our wooded terrain features dozens of thoughtfully placed tent sites throughout natural clearings, offering both group camping areas and secluded spots. A 40x10 covered structure houses three camping spaces with electricity, perfect for those seeking weather protection or extra comfort during their stay.
A network of hiking trails winds through our property, connecting camping areas and leading to a hilltop clearing that rewards hikers with panoramic views of the Alleghenies. The property's natural layout provides easy access to tent sites while maintaining the wild feel of the mountain landscape.
Community Space:
At the heart of the camp, our fire pit area features bench seating for twenty, creating an intimate gathering space where paddlers swap river stories and hikers plan their next day's adventure. Bi-weekly acoustic nights transform this space into a mountain music venue, with live performances echoing through the forest.

Kayaking/Rafting: Bring your kayak, or take a whitewater rafting trip with one of the several local outfitters on the Upper Youghiogheny River, home to some of the most challenging (Class III to Class V) rapids in the eastern United States, including "The Narrows" and "The Maze." The nearby Lower 'Yough' is perfect for anyone seeking more leisurely rafting options, too.
Hiking: Explore our network of hiking trails, ranging from the easy Kendall Trail to more challenging trails like Ravens Rock Park Trail. Take in stunning views of the mountains, or search for wildlife like deer, eagles, turkey, and bear in the 50+ trails within 20 miles of Kozy Camp.
Biking: Hit the trails on a wide variety of local biking trails to choose from, including the Great Allegheny Passage (335 Mies), Youghiogheny Trail (77 Miles). Indian Creek Valley Trail (16 Miles), Cheat Lake Trail (12 Miles), and many more.
Fishing: Cast your line in the Youghiogheny River, known for it's excellent fly fishing. The freshly stocked trout are very popular as are the local smallmouth bass, catfish, and muskie.
