We were seeking something close to town, but OUTSIDE of the craziness of New Orleans. This is the place! Quiet and lovely, fair price. We would stay here again if we come through the area.
If you park near enough to the house, you can also get some Wi-Fi access.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. We saw the most beautiful sunsets, lots of birds, and the hosts were so accommodating and made us feel at home from the start. The area where the property is located felt safe and we were comfortable leaving our camper unattended. Close to New Orleans we were able to Uber into the city. We loved it so much we ended up booking an extra night after we arrived!

The site was exactly how described. It felt safe and very convenient for visiting NOLA. We booked an extra night because it was so convenient. We will come back again.

I’m a bird photographer so I was thrilled by the location. Waterside, neighboring field. Plenty of birds to photograph right there, but also close to Bayou Sauvage wildlife refuge and others. There is a swing span bridge for entertainment. Easy access to the lot. Kirk is an absolute joy. So very kind.
