Enjoy it all with over 150 acres of open field, forest, mountain, and riverfront! This is an old homestead site located in Heidelberg, KY on the Kentucky River, just 20 minutes from the Red River Gorge Geological Area. From the riverbank, the property slopes upward across several fields and up a mountain of densely populated trees. There is a boat ramp just across the blue bridge that offers easy river access for boats, kayaks, and canoes. This spot has it all! Camp, kayak, fish, hike, relax and enjoy some of the best scenery Kentucky has to offer!Brand new listing! Pitch your tent near the old homesite and enjoy majestic views of the open space while enjoying a campfire! Pick a flat spot and make it your own. Pick your own camping spot anywhere in the open field/grassy area. You'll enter through a gate at the end of Durbin Street. Follow the dirt road along the edge of the woods until you come to the old homesite with the chimney. From there you can pick your campsite. There is additional space beyond the shipping container.
