winter at little turkey lake
took my teardrop on a winter adventure to little turkey lake just after thanksgiving and did not regret it one bit. fire, snow, and chickens - pretty cool combo.

Very Inviting
We truly enjoyed our stay and found Aaron to be a wonderful host. He helped with an issue we had with our camper … and provided fresh eggs in the morning. It’s a beautiful area for walking and our dog was in heaven.

Wooded Lake RV site
I was just planning on passing through Indiana but there was a two night minimum for this listing so I took it as a sign to slow down, build a fire, and just enjoy turkey lake. relaxed, friendly host. peaceful lake with lots of wildlife. I was in a teardrop camper using shore power and water. the weather was awesome so I also cruised around on a kayak.

Unique creekside campground
Aaron was friendly & accommodating. He showed us around the property and allowed us to choose a different site, which we preferred after we saw the property and wanted a more private setting. Picnic tables were not available, which we missed, but we brought our own folding table. Aaron says he's planning on getting picnic tables there. There is a historic cabin on the property, which gave a pleasant unique character as well. We were happy to be permitted to give our scraps to the chickens.

Nice stay!
Great stay, we were the only ones there so we were able to keep our 3 Cattle dogs off leash and they loved it! Site was nice but no flushing toilet so beware. Although the porta potty was not too stinky it was definitely full and needed cleaned out so tried not to use it at all. We fed the many chickens there and went for a delightful swim. Aaron is a super nice, chill guy who is making many improvements on the land. Would definitely recommend !
