This land has been owned by my family since 1935, and owned by "shirt-tail" relatives before that.  The old house you'll be parked in front of is not habitable anymore, and there is no trespassing into this home or the home's original yard....but, you'll love to be near the big trees my grandmother planted, and the site itself is lovely!.  My family worked really hard to make the surrounding land into farmland.  The hillside right in front of the home is a haven for deer and other wildlife.  If you are quiet and look out at dawn and dusk, there are often deer roaming around.   Learn more about this land: Hi. This campsite is shown well by the map in South EAST Victor, Idaho, right near the Wyoming border, and a 25 minute drive over Teton Pass to Jackson Hole!   Teton County, Idaho is a great place to base your vacation from.    The location can't be beat, if you want to visit Teton Valley, Victor,  Driggs, Grand Teton National Park (50 minutes to the Moose entry gate) or Jackson Hole (20-25 minutes except in "rush hour") , or, even Yellowstone (about 2 hours through GTNP) ! You must bring your OWN hard-sided camper or RV.   WE are only providing the SPACE for ONE RV or Camper driven in by you....  NO TENTS of any kind.  Your cooking and bathroom facilities must be enclosed within a hard-sided unit.   WE are only providing the SPACE for your OWN RV or Camper.    Book ahead, and save yourself the hassle of finding a spot on the spur of the moment.  We have no hookups.  It's a lovely parking spot.    The camping area is a small area in front of our grandparent's old ranch house. It's in SouthEast Victor, Idaho, near Highway 33, which becomes Wyoming Highway 22 headed to Jackson, WY. We travel to Grand Teton National Park in 50 minutes. Yellowstone is about 2 hours away.   There is a stream running by, and huge pine trees near you. There are two gravel roads nearby, so it's not super private, but it's easy to access, and such an easy trip to Jackson Hole from here.... The area for you to camp is approximately (but not less than) 100X100 feet.   You cannot access the old house, barn, or other homes nearby, and we respectfully ask for no children or pets on the property.   NO TENTS!!! NO TENTS!!!  ONE RV only with your booking. ONE.  No extra trailers, boats, sprinter or camper vans, sleeping vehicles, tents, yurts, etc.  : )    Please do not book this property unless you have toilet and sink facilities and cooking facilities INSIDE your own camper or RV. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you bring a pet or don't have indoor cooking and indoor toilet facilities.   It's a great spot, with no hassles, large  gravel driveway, lots of space to maneuver,  great access to highway, forests, shared use walking road (the Old Jackson Highway--look it up!)  just in front of this 100X100 space.   This campsite is for respectful, quiet people to enjoy some peace and privacy.     No  UTV's, ATV's, motor bikes, etc. running on the land. There are lots of places to trailer to and ride.  On our place,  please leave them on your trailer, and drive them to the trailhead where you are going to be riding.  Do not ride them on our place, please, at any time. We are glad to host your stay if it's open for your dates. We don't allow tents in addition to the RV. One camper/RV  per spot.  Max of 4 adult people; a few more for an extra fee are allowed.  This is a beautiful area in Victor, Idaho  close to  Driggs, ID,  Jackson, WY, Yellowstone, Grand Teton National Park, Kelly Canyon.  Hike, golf,  walk, cycle, mountain bike, fish,  horseback ride, fly fishing is awesome!, white water raft, antique shop, spa, etc.   View of the Taylor Mountain in the Teton Range, mountains all around, gorgeous scenery in a CENTRAL EASY LOCATION for camping and exploring the Tetons!  Awesome food trucks, drive in theater, huckleberry milkshakes,  restaurants, grocery stores a few miles down the road,  Grand Teton Brewery or bars a few miles away (walk or ride your bike to these if you wish).    There is an RV dump site at the Stinker Station in Victor.    The town of Victor and Driggs  are both nearby with tons of eating options, library for internet, groceries, bank, medical clinic or hospital are only a few miles away.  Check out Music On Main in Victor on Thursday nights during the summer!  Check out the food trucks and Grand Teton Brewery, just 3/4 mile down the road! The START bus to Jackson is about 3 miles from this RV Parking spot if you want it.  Drive or bike to the START bus, and let the bus take you all over Jackson/Driggs/Victor on a regular , but widely spaced schedule.  The horse pasture, driveway/lane leading to the barn and other homes behind your camping spot and hay field behind the home is private property, and isn't included.  Do not walk down the driveway further than where you drove in.   The neighbors will not approve.  But, it's beautiful to look at! No parties. No pets.  No smoking.   Please....no loud or obnoxious noise outside. Quiet hours:  9 pm to 9 am.  Call ahead if you need other arrangements.  Sometimes we can be flexible on check IN.  Check outs are not flexible, and you will have to be charged $65/hour if you check out late, as our housekeepers/yard people will have to scramble to keep up.Hi. Teton Homestead Camp Site
Pleasant region and location.
Teton Valley is interesting with its proximity to the Grand Tetons, etc. The weather is pleasant. This location has good distance from other people but is close to roads. You are rather exposed to the passing cars. Could be good for a group. Janine and Kendall could invest in more privacy and include more services. High price for a parking spot.

Great stop from ID to WY
This was a perfect stop for our roadtrip from Idaho to Wyoming. Quiet. Lots of space! The creek is currently dry. I'd highly recommend bikes so that you can enjoy the town a bit. Thank you!

Peaceful spot near amazing places!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful spot minutes from Downtown Victor. Located down a quiet country road, surrounded by farms, you’ll find a large private site that is simply maintained. Lovely views of the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the spot very much. It’s just a few miles up Teton pass for stellar hiking. It’s a great spot to access Jackson Hole and the stunning Grand Teton National park. The hosts are super friendly snd helpful. Don’t let the rules dissuade you, we stayed in our own space and drove slowly and respected our boundaries. There were no inconveniences or issues for us. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return here if we are in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I found out well after the fact of reserving the campground that it was only for RV's. This was not clear until reading through the fine print. I was told if I brought a tent that I would be removed and my money would not be refunded. It was a terrible deception.

Not a welcoming environment!
This was not a HipCamp, it was a HipDriveway surrounded by neighbors who didn’t seem to want us there with so many rules and restrictions that it was difficult to believe we were paying to stay. In fact we left early.
