Instant book site, short walk to BSU! Three sites are available for Class B or small Class C boondockers (dry campers) at this location in downtown Boise. Maximun length is 26 feet. No side outs please. This is beautiful property in a park-like setting historical district. You can walk to everything downtown. Water is available to fill your supply tank only. There are no hookups. There's lawn chairs and a fire pit and BBQ. Non-barking pets are ok on leash only. Please back into assigned site 1, 2 or 3. The 132 Main St. property is accessible from the alley. Enter alley from North 1st St. Sites are half way down the alley. It's the gravel lot with the boondocker sign. After booking please send a text message to Alec at 208-315-3721This site, 132 West Main Street, is right downtown and you can walk to everything. Water is available to refill your supply. There is lawn furniture. This is a non-smoking property and one dog is okay as long as it's on a leash and does not bark. There is a two-day minimum and maximum is 7 days. The rate is $40.00 per day plus a 6% tax. The class B or small C camper must be aesthetically pleasing and no older than 15 years. The sites are approximately 30 ft long and 15 ft wide. This is a historical district downtown. Therefore no loud noise or partying is allowed. There are three sites available at this location. Campers must have insurance. The landowner, Boise Boutique Condos LLC, disclaims any and all liabilities for injury sustained upon these premises as a result of customer negligence, accident, or winter weather conditions. ACCESS; Address numbers 132 are on a large sign on Main Street between N. 2nd Street and N. 1st street. The sign reads VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION. Enter the alley from N. 1st Street. The site is about halfway down the alley going towards N. 1st Street.
