There is lawn furniture. This is a non-smoking property and one dog is okay as long as it's on a leash and does not bark. There is a two-day minimum and maximum is 7 days. The rate is $40.00 per day plus a 6% tax. The class B or small C camper must be aesthetically pleasing and no older than 15 years. The sites are approximately 30 ft long and 15 ft wide. This is a historical district downtown. Therefore no loud noise or partying is allowed. There are three sites available at this location. Campers must have insurance. The landowner, Boise Boutique Condos LLC, disclaims any and all liabilities for injury sustained upon these premises as a result of customer negligence, accident, or winter weather conditions.
