We offer an RV Parking spot to accomodate any size camper or motor home with both 30/50 amp electric service and a septic tank hookup. Electric , water, garbage included. It's located within 30 minutes to Panama City Beach and the famous 30-A Beaches. It's the perfect blend of nature's serenity and a harmonious fusion of rural tranquility and urban accessibility which offers many amenities.

This very attractive, woodland space is close to a boat dock to take you to Sister River, a canal that reaches the Choctawhatchee River, and eventually the Choctawhatchee Bay.
The fishing is superb! The owner, friends, and grandchildren of this RV spot love to catch Bass when they come. It is also perfect for nature enthusiasts who want to explore untouched parts of the real north Florida with plants, birds, and other creatures native to our area. And yet, popular 30-A restaurants, shops, and beach access on our gorgeous Gulf of Mexico shores is only a short drive away.
The spot has ample space to relax and enjoy the outdoors including two screen rooms. There is also a mother-in-law quarter with kitchen, bathroom, shower, washer and dryer. Take some time for the simple pleasures in life in this heavenly fishing getaway.
