Welcome to High Vibes 1! We are a private, non-profit land trust operating as a private membership association. It is rural. 4-wheel drive is preferred but smaller vehicles without can be on the property given limerock, though we want to make sure you don't get stuck. Our property features the following: + Well-behaved dogs under the constant supervision of the owners, on and off-leash are welcome; NO dangerous breeds. (Pretend this is a very cool giant dog park with loads of deer, turkey, opossum, Squirrels and the occasional bear running through with coyotes.) + Treated soft Entek Well water + Septic Dump (You MUST have your OWN compostable toilet if you are in a tent space!) + 11 disbursed spaces are carved out in the woods next to + The trails which are a giant loop around the perimeter of the property. + 2 large community gathering areas + Security 24/7 fenced and cameras on the trails, around the property, pretty lighting to pass-coded in and out for members ONLY. + Starlink Wifi on part of the property + Compost pile, Recycle and garbage available + Developing private shooting range at the back of the property (all of the surrounding properties also have them and are respectful of the times of operation.) + Discounts for longterm stays.
