This property sits on just over a half an acre off of an old county highway. We sit right on the river and next to public boat access. There is a park next door and our neighbors on the other side. You won't have total privacy, but it is mostly a quiet spot! There is a yacht club that has a restaurant/bar on the water within walking distance. Downtown Labelle is about a 5 minute drive. Come enjoy the river!You can pull right in off of the county road and be right on the water. The place is quiet most of the time but there is a public park on the lot next to us. There is one other RV spot on the property and they are right next to each other. The downtown is a quick drive as long as the bridge isn't up!

Full Hookups On A Concrete Pad

Incredible location and view. Fantastic to get all the hookups!!! Great public restaurant at the local yacht club is only a 4 minute walk away. From there we saw a seaplane taxi across the parking lot, into the water, then take off into the sky. A first for me. Thank you for everything, Joseph!
