We are a caravan and motorhome club certified location members only Nonmembers will not be allowed on site you must show you’re member number on arrival Camper vans must have at least two windows in the sides. Plane vans will not be accepted. Dog walking great countryside views just a five minute walk from the local pub and shop just a five minute drive from Sundown Adventureland for the kids North Leaverton Windmill is a 5minute walk we have a great amenity block with hot showers toilets wash handbasin five full service pitches with their own drinking water electric hook ups and grey waste disposalWe have a five pitch certified location caravan and motorhome club members only You must show your membership number on arrival don’t worry if you’re not a member we have a referral scheme for nonmembers You can become a member just a phone call five minute walk from North Leaverton Windmill one of the oldest traditional working windmills in Britain just a seven minute drive from historical market town of Retford and just a short walk from the local pub

A gem of a place near Lincoln.

I was made to feel very welcome and felt very safe as a solo traveler on Abrahams land. The pitch was spacious, level and very new. He is working really hard to develop the site into something really special. Shower and toilets clean and modern.

Absolutely beautifully maintained site. Abraham has worked tirelessly to make the location welcoming, clean and tidy, with modern facilities, a great host. Met us on arrival clear directions in advance and an all round friendly welcoming atmosphere. Dog friendly site just a few minutes walk from a local store and pub.
