Kitts is a peaceful, nature focused campsite. We are a family friendly, spacious campsite in a beautiful location, nestled within the downs in the heart of Sussex.
We have 3 distinct & spacious meadows to choose from, surrounded by 100s of acres of majestic woodland in an Area of Outstanding Beauty.
Kitts has a field barn with flushing toilets, solar powered showers and undercover washing up area.
We are a back to basics site but with enough facilities for a comfortable stay and authentic camping adventure.
Kitts Campsite is next to the glorious Sheffield Park and within a 10min walk to the fabulous country pub, The Sloop. The Bluebell Railway & Sheffield Park Gardens are both walkable and two long distance footpaths meet in Little Kitts. Walk to the Bluebell vineyard for delicious champagne and ramble through Ashdown Forest & visit Pooh Bridge.Spacious grass pitch suitable for tents and small campervans. Park alongside your tent for easy access. All pitches have access to communal toilets and solar showers in our Sussex field barn.
