Entire camping field for private groups of up to 10 prople. Minimum price £60 per night for 2 to 4 people, additional guests at £15 per person per night. A family friendly, quiet camping field situated on the edge of the Black Mountains in rural Herefordshire with views of Offa's Dyke and the Cat's Back. Ideal for walking, canoeing and escaping to the countryside. Places to visit include The Golden Valley, Hay-on-Wye, Abergavenny, The River Wye, LLanthony Priory, Brecon Beacons. With the Black Mountains as a backdrop, At The Top Camping field is a true escape to a scenic location. Nearly wild camping, basic facilities of a warm shower, cold tap and a Treebog composting loo system. Bring your own torches. There is no Wi-Fi and mobile signal is patchy. Pitch your tent, sit back, relax and enjoy the peace of the surrounding countryside. Fire pit on site with logs available to buy @ £10 per sack, there is a cooking grill and two park bench tables on site. Dogs welcome, there is fencing around the field but dogs have escaped before! Therefore, please ensure you can control your dogs, there are sheep in adjoining fields. Owners live on site and will be happy to answer any questions you have. Cars parked just outside camping field. Quiet family friendly camping only please. No loud music allowed.At The Top Camping offers a field in the foothills of the Black Mountains. You and your group (up to 10 people) will have exclusive use of the field. Family friendly quiet camping.

A beautiful spot and we liked watching the sun set behind Hay Bluff and appreciated the privacy and the fact our dog could run free!

Entire field with mountain views

Lovely camping spot!

We had a wonderful time camping here! Facilities were as listed and perfect for a proper rustic, camping feel. Lovely area, a short drive to the nearest village with lovely pubs and fish and chips! We went on a beautiful hike nearby too. Sharon was a great host, so lovely and welcoming upon arrival.
