Waterfront camp site located on over a mile long pond. The site started with use by family and friends during COVID and now they have started traveling across the country so it is available for rent. Dry camping/fully self contained only. Easy pull in and out. Flat parking with wood chip camp area. Fireplace included and the site is steps from the water. Spot is located off of a shared driveway and near the road for easy access. Lilly pads grow in the pond during the warmer months. Garbage can and fire pit located on site. This site is close to a somewhat busy road and is recommended for campers and such which would help insulate some potential noise.

This spot was exactly what we needed for a quick stop on our road trip. We parked right off their driveway looking out into the pond, which was beautiful during sunset! We saw the other reviews that said it was just off a main road so we knew what to expect, but we couldn’t here any noise from inside the van and had a great nights sleep!

Host warned about heavy traffic by site so that was no surprise! There are two houses close with clear views of the camp spot. No frills spot to pull over and sleep for the night.

Great spot with a beautiful view of the water! This probably wouldn’t be the best place to stay if you’re a light sleeper, since it does back up against a pretty busy road… But Dillon was excellent to communicate with and this was the perfect spot to crash after a long day in the area. Would definitely recommend/stay again!

The view was great but the spot is literally only yards away from a heavily traveled road. The noise from the traffic kept me awake all night. I left a day early to stay at a Cracker Barrel and it was much quieter.

Waterfront Camping
Perfect for what we needed. Spot is right by a pretty busy road and close to the house so not good if you are looking for an out in the woods private campsite getaway. But inexpensive and an easy place to pull over to sleep for the night in our van. Bonus that it has a fire pit and a pretty view of the pond when you wake up in the morning. Thanks for the stay!
