Lakeside Apple Orchard
Anson's place was AMAZING! It had plenty of space for our camper and loved having a nice big firepit with tons of firefood and feeling secluded without many other people around. The lake and views are breathtaking and we loved the farm tour and hearing the story about the property. We enjoyed the eggs and sprouts as well and thought that was such a great touch. Highly recommend for a quick getaway from the city.

Our evening at Vermillion Hill was absolute magic. I had hosted a brand dinner on the property to showcase gear made by a client I represent at an Outdoor PR agency. Anson let us tour the property the week of our event before our rental day to ensure that we had everything we needed before the dinner took place later that week. I can't wait to visit again!

Very Pleased!
Loved the space and the exclusivity! Kids had a blast exploring and nibbling on apples from the orchard. The fire pit was large and inviting! Very peaceful and easy to get to. Would love to come again!!

Sweet & serene
What a lovely little spot on a working orchard / farm. Great shade with plenty of picnic tables and a port o john. We loved the fire pit with plenty of wood for burning.
The lake is super nice but we couldn’t find an easy way to access it for paddling or fishing which was a bit of a bummer for the price. But, plenty of room for my dogs to play, and overall just a lovely little spot.
