Our campsite offers an unparalleled stargazing experience in a Dark Sky Association certified area, making it one of the best spots in the world to gaze at the night sky. Set on 5 private acres, our off-grid oasis provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
At Starry Dunes Ranch, you'll have the opportunity to explore the otherworldly landscape of giant sand dunes, reminiscent of the Sahara desert right here in Colorado. Try your hand at sandboarding, hike to the famous Zapata Falls, or unwind at the nearby hot springs. There is lots to do in the area, for water enthusiasts, the reservoir offers boating, fishing, and paddleboarding opportunities. For off-roaders try the famous Lake Como, Blanca peak trail.
Our primitive campground ensures a true wilderness experience, so be sure to bring all the supplies you'll need for camping. Please remember to take your trash with you when you leave and leave no trace behind.
