Come and stay at our serene dry camping spot in the Aspen Springs neighborhood of Pagosa Springs, CO. Easily accessible off Hwy 160. Located within 15 minutes drive to Uptown Pagosa Springs, 20 minutes to Downtown Pagosa Springs, and 45 minutes to the Wolf Creek Ski Area. So many cool things to do in and near this town! The San Juan River runs directly through downtown, and you can float or kayak in the summer months. Pagosa Springs is home to the mineral-rich waters of the world's deepest hot spring, which is fed by the world's deepest geothermal hot spring aquifer, the Mother Spring. You can experience the hot springs for free at Nathan's Hippy Dip adjacent to the river walk. There are several hiking & biking trails, some of which lead you to beautiful waterfalls. Williams Creek Reservoir is only an hour away, where you can spend time fishing, boating, kayaking, and/or standup paddle boarding. The live music scene is lively here, and there are tons of terrific food trucks, restaurants, and drinking establishments to choose from. This is simply a beautiful, level, gravel spot to park, in the unincorporated Aspen Springs area, located 9 miles west of Downtown Pagosa Springs. We do not offer water, sewer, electrical hookups or trash service! Please be prepared to pack in/out and leave no trace. This spot gets enough sun to power your solar panels and enough sky visibility for your Starlink dish. If your RV is fully self-contained and self-sufficient, you will enjoy your time here. You will be surrounded by an acre of pine trees and occasionally, local wildlife will pay a visit (deer stop by almost daily).

20 ft pop-up camper
Quiet, level, private spot just off 160 with easy access to Pagosa Springs. It was an easy stop for us on a trip further west.

Amazing Place To Stay!
16 ft car
Booked one night originally and ended up staying 6 days! I work remotely and it had great service for my wifi device. It's off the dirt road and feels much more secluded than you think. Within 20 minutes to town, with a beautiful Pagosa Springs drive that's pretty Utopian. Really enjoyed camping on this land and will be back!

The spot was level and private. Some of the neighbors and the surrounding area were a little sketchy and there were some dogs running off leash, which was a little concerning, but overall our stay was fine.
