Approximately 5 mi from freeway access with loves and flying j truck stops but both have RV dumps. And town of Tehachapi is about 7 miles with Starbucks, fast food, many local wineries, Walmart and many nice eating establishments.
Roads are well-maintained Mountain dirt roads but require normal common sense and competency in operating your vehicle and understanding its limitations especially in wet or snowy weather, access varies from simple in two-wheel drive in nice weather, to complicated four-wheel drive depending on the weather and how heavy any towed vehicles may be since there are mountain dirt roads to get to site.
