This picturesque property is located between Nevada City and Grass Valley California. The property boasts, beautiful gardens, A tranquil fountain and pond, towering pine trees, a large fire pit, outdoor workout area, and hammocks for relaxation and enjoyment, mini-putt and sandbox for the kids and a paddleboard available for adult daily rental. There is a full sized bed in the quaint sleeping room and a King bed in the outdoor Gazebo on its own private deck. You can walk to Nevada city which is only 1 mile away, and there are supermarkets, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. Only a 15-20 minute drive to multiple access points on the Yuba River. The property is owner occupied so the outdoor space is not completely private. I welcome all positive interactions and respect the space that my guests desire.
I enjoyed the property with its huge pines and an outdoor shower. The chalet is tiny but there are lots of sitting and lounging areas on the property. It’s definitely rustic but the bed is very comfortable and the price is right.
An enchanting space that is cleverly designed for the outdoor enthusiast to enjoy the beauty of nature, the open sky and just enough comforts to compliment our intimate adventure under the stars.
The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. I'd highly recommend. Only down side I faced was there was no sink and if I only want to brush or wash some dishes I had to go in the shower and do it. It was just a little inconvenient. Other than that, very very cute!
Patricia’s gazebo/garden space is incredibly unique and beautiful! We didn’t know what to expect-reluctant even-but to our surprise, the space and our experience was amazing! I feel like the low resolution photos on the app doesn’t do it any justice. There’s a sense of serenity and peace that you can feel immediately. Patricia was very communicative, generous, and gracious. Having coffee available in the morning was a huge bonus! And showering under the stars with warm water contrasting the chilled crisp air felt incredibly relaxing.
I wasn’t thrilled about the idea of using the porta potty because who likes using one of those? But this one was the cleanest one I have even been in, and it was free of waste, so that was not a problem at all.
10/10 would recommend. If I ever find myself back in this area, I’d definitely make time to stay here again!
