5 acres of stunning view lot. This location is for monthly stays only. Perfect set up with a queen bed for a couple, full kitchenette, full bathroom, dinette and sofa. Large outside cement patio with a 13 x 12 pergola. Beautiful Pepper tree for shade. Parking free for 2 vehicles (not Trailer), dog kennel, rental space for extra vehicles or trailer. We have a propane Barbeque. It is peaceful here. No loud music, no parties, not set up for guest visits. (Please ask if wanting visitor(s)).Secluded, with all around views of the valley and the hills and of Angeles National Forest. Hiking trails are everywhere. No night street lights so the skies are full of stars. There are rabbits and squirrels, and coyotes in a abundance. Birds chirping during the day. If you put out a hummingbird feeder they will gladly come to say hi. Vasquez County Park is across the street a block away, horses are common, we have a few very tasty restaurants and 2 full bars close by. Farm Sanctuary is about 12 minutes away by car and the Gentle Barn is about 20 minutes away.
