2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean, with easy access to the beach. The land abuts a 10 mile paved trail along the coast. Excellent whale watching, good surfing , and plenty of wildlife. Fun to watch a osprey w/ a fish or deer nibbling on the grass. Cool ocean breeze is the best as temps in summer and fall typically 64° highs n 48° lows. Virgin Beach is right out the fence with good surfing n sand. There is path from the property to the "Haul Road" where lumber used to be hauled to a mill. This path is closed to cars, but you can walk, bike, or skateboard. If you go north you'll find McKerricker State Park, which has a nice boardwalk. Go south about 2 miles and you'll end up in the town of Fort Bragg. Dogs are welcome here.Park your trailer on our acreage. Only 1 group per visit, so have it to yourself. Free n fast WiFi ! There is level parking in a grassy area w/ ocean views. Hear the waves n smell the salt air. The land has a clear path to the beach. At the end of the property is a 10 mile long walking trail that runs north and south along the Pacific Ocean w/ great beach n water access n ocean vistas. This is in Fort Bragg, CA, approx. 100 miles north of San Francisco. Bikes, n skateboards allowed on this trail, just no motorized cars. You can go north to MacKerricher state beach or go south and end up in the town of Fort Bragg. There is a small cabin on the property that is being renovated, so it’s closed n not used.

Wonderful Campsite
We had such a great weekend camping on Susan’s land! The spot is nice and flat with a short path to the beach. We had our dogs and were able to do daily walks with a beautiful view. Will definitely be coming back!

2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean
Susan's property is beautiful. We loved our stay with our infant and two dogs. We had plenty of space to setup our Bean teardrop and really enjoyed the proximity to the ocean. There are a few unoccupied structures (house, cabin, shipping container) on the property but the space provided still felt private and secluded. We'd happily come back and stay here again!

2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean
such an amazing spot. i’ve used hipcamp for 10-12 camping spots over the last couple years & susan’s place was by far my favorite. it’s not terribly difficult to get as close or closer to the ocean - but it’s virtually impossible to do so with guaranteed peace & quiet. my 2 frenchies & i had such a relaxing 3 night stay. we walked to the ocean multiple times a day…dropped trash at a nearby state park as needed…hikes to the lighthouse…& parked so i could work from my the campervan about 10-15 minutes north at a dog friendly beach - clam beach. all in all…her place was perfect & susan was very responsive & hospitable…& incredibly generous to share her beautiful place with me & the dogs. i can’t wait to come back & bring the wife sometime soon!!

The location is fantastic. The camping spot was clean and leveled. Host offers excellent communication before and during your stay—one of my top camping spots in the Mendocino County area.

2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean
This is our second time staying on Susan's property. We love the location which is close to the ocean, town, and the park but feels secluded. We look forward to staying again in the future.

2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean
We will return to this campsite in the not too distant future. Just what we wanted. Only a few minutes walk to the ocean and beaches. We walked to Ft Bragg, 5.5 miles round trip with our doggy who loved our entire stay here. Please be aware there is no electricity, water or bathrooms available here.
