You will be staying at our 60 acres vineyard where we practice natural wine making. Surrounded by grape vines and olive trees, our property is a hidden gem with all the commodities (kitchen, bathroom, wifi, etc.).
Willow Creek AVA (American Viticultural Area) was stablished in 1983 as one of the first in The United States. It is defined geographically by a section of the Trinity River Valley under 1000 feet elevation and running from just up river from Salyer at Coon Creek, extending a short distance down river from the town of Willow Creek to Kirkham Creek, making it the most northern wine region in California.Wake up to this beautiful hidden vineyard in the middle of the mountains with amazing views, surrounded by grape vines and olive trees.
You will be parked right next to the winery, on a paved/grass space next to the kitchen, where you might see the wine making process in action and experience the Willow Creek AVA natural wine making scene.
We have two donkeys, a pig, chickens and dogs in our property.
Pets are allowed always on a leash or inside the camper/car/RV.
The kitchen and bathroom might be shared with volunteers, workers and friends.
There are water and electricity hook ups and an extension cord for the electric cable.
If you are looking for a private spot, this spot is not ideal since depending on the time of the year there might be a lot of activity and people around.

Do not miss the opportunity of trying our wines!
Let us know your preferences and we will try to match your taste with one of our natural wines and leave it/them at your spot for when you arrive.
We try to make wines that represent the land and the unique micro climate of Humboldt County and the Willow Creek AVA (American Viticultural Area).
We dry farm our CCOF certified organic grapes (no irrigation), cultivate cover crops in the winter and allow our farm animals into the vineyard at certain times to graze. Once the grapes are in the winery, we practice natural winemaking, which means minimal intervention. We let fermentation take place with naturally occurring yeasts, we never add sulfites or any other additives through the process.
We raise our wine in aged french oak barrels or stainless steel, and bottle unfiltered.
I highly recommend Miles' land. Unfortunately, we were not able to make it to the site due to weather conditions and our RV having some mechanical issues. Miles responded quickly and was very polite. He was very understanding and provided a refund even when he didn't have to. It shows that they care and are honest. I will 💯% stay at his place next time.

A beautiful setting for a winery. Hilltop view overlooking the valley and surrounding mountains. We received a warm friendly reception from Miles and his wife who both took time to share about their business and experience in making wine. The campsite was near the shed but we had sufficient privacy, electric hookup, a roomy bathroom, and delicious wine. And a memorable dinner overlooking the vineyard and olive groves. Thanks for the memories!

We loved our stay at Winery Camp! What a gorgeous location! Miles was a wonderful host. He had everything set up for us: clear directions, a simple sign showing us where to set up and an excellent printed guide. It was so convenient to be able to use the kitchen and the bathroom! The winery is beautiful. Miles showed us around and we bought a couple of bottles. They were delicious! We also enjoyed was meeting the volunteers who help out at the winery. Such friendly, interesting people! This is not a rustic site but comfortable and beautiful.
