Our property is 142 acres located on the top of east Cuesta grade, elevation approximately 2100. We are secluded enough to feel like you're far away from city life but in reality only 20 minute drive to downtown San Luis Obispo. The main road up continues past our property and turns into the Los Padres National Forest and is very popular for hiking and biking with locals. We also have private trails within our property. We have a farm consisting of 10 sheep, 10 goats, 30 chickens, 2 pigs, 4 dogs, a cat. Interaction with farm animals may be possible upon request. Most campsites are close to our animal pastures. Guests have enjoyed having a morning coffee in the company of sheep and a couple of pigs on the other side of the fence. Bee hives are located on the property as well. Honey, eggs and firewood are available for purchase. :)

Banjo and i
I stayed at this beautiful ranch recently, and while I didn’t get to spend much time there—rolling in late at night and leaving early for work—I could tell it’s a truly special place. One of my favorite things about staying here was how thoughtful and attentive the owners were in making sure I arrived safely. Since the ranch is in a more isolated area with a couple of fences to drive through and winding switchbacks (not to mention minimal signage), they went above and beyond by calling and texting me detailed instructions on how to get there, which was especially helpful since I was arriving at night. Their kindness and care made the experience even better, and I can’t wait to return when I have more time to enjoy everything this place has to offer. As someone who travels up and down the coast often, this ranch is definitely on my list for future stays.

Amazing views
An amazing view and ample of space. Very clean site with outdoor seating and fire pit, running water and nearby toilet. Karina and Chris made sure we arrived safely and offered help to get up to the site. We had no issues to get up to the site with a 20ft trailer. We loved all the animals on coming by to take a look. We will come back again !

An Amazing Time!
I loved my trip here. It was my first solo car camping trip ever and it was exactly what I wanted. Something secluded and quiet and surrounded by trees. Karina and Chris also surprised me with a new fire pit at my site and kindling along with a whole bunch of firewood. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The only wish I had was that I had spent more time at the site. Next time (and there will absolutely be a next time) I want to make time to explore the ranch and meet the animals. I would 100% reccomend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet and a good escape from the everyday.

Purí Camp
We stayed at the Puri site. It had some views, but mainly hidden by the beautiful trees. We drove our truck up the road and parked it where we were able to get the views in and a nice little hike. The bathroom is somewhat a hike from there, I’d recommend being ok with just using the restroom outside. Unfortunately it was super cold when I went so didn’t get to stay the next day to enjoy the rest of the property. Next time I plan to stay at a site with more or a view and when it’s a little warmer. Overall great location!
