Welcome to Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas! Are you looking for a convenient space to rest your RV, motor home or tent for a night or two? You’ve come to the right place 😊. Let my space be your space! Welcome to my beautiful oasis with 5 acre blessed with trees, pond and creek. Conveniently located just right outside city limits. Close to everything yet secluded enough to have privacy , peace and quite. It has green grass most of the year with lots of lightning bugs at night, abundant wildlife: deers, bunnies, possums, raccoons and squirrels 😁. Very well spaced out mature trees that provides shade and fresh air. Well house for water supply in property as well but no hookups of any kind in place at the moment. Also has concrete custom made swimming hole that freshly feeds off the pond and streams but may be dry right now due to extreme heat and no rain in forecast. My space is suited best for well prepared campers as I don’t offer any amenities on site at this time. Land is close to everything Hot Springs, Arkansas has to offer. 1.3 miles away from Magic Springs 2.5 miles from Gulpha Gorge 4.9 miles from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming 6.1 miles from Hot Springs mall 3.6 miles from historic downtown Hot Springs and Arlington Hotel. Welcome to Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas! National campgrounds full? If your RV or camper is up to 35’ max length, I have space for you! I DO NOT personally meet guests as II don’t live in the area. I only own the land. Also please mind that my hipcamp is beautiful but it does NOT have the amenities like big hipcamps do. I’m part of hipcamp only because I wanted to share my lovely place to travelers passing through Hot Springs National Park, to offer a resting place for a night or two. The home and trampoline at the entrance belonged to a sweet elderly lady. She's always lived there before I owned the land and she loved the place. She's been a really good tenant so even though her home looks like it could use some repairs, I let her stay there. She kinda just came with the land. Now welcome to my beautiful 5 acres blessed with trees, pond and creek. Conveniently located just right outside city limits. Close to everything yet secluded enough to have privacy , peace and quite. Just exploring possibilities at this time and offering space to those who may need, wilderness style. Perfect for well prepared campers just looking for space to park or camp for a night or two. This is PARKING SPACE only. NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. I only have the space to accommodate your RV or Motorhome space needs but do not have any amenities at this time. Don’t worry about the road that runs through the property as that is a private road and no one really goes through there. I repeat: SPACE ONLY. NO AMENITIES ON SITE. NO TENT CAMPING. Thank you!
